Real-time Video And Audio Surveillance Technology Research Based On Sip And Mpeg-4 Exam

In recent years,with the development of electronic information technology and network technology in our country,monitoring system has been made considerable progress in the technical level and practical application.As a result,monitoring system has been applied in many fields.In order to enhance management and safety of the national education test,the Ministry of Education test center proposed the establishment "the monitoring system of the national education test based on computer network",whose target is to establish a monitoring network that covers all levels of tests organization and test sites in China, and monitor the test processes and the secret rooms.Before video and sound data are transferred in a network,they should be carried on a compression. This process is one of key technologies in monitoring system.MPEG-4,which has been announced in 1999,has been become one of present popular sound and video data compression technologies.Furthermore,it has been widely applied in media real-time transmission systems.This paper researches long-distance sound and video data transmission control technology application which is based on the SIP and the MPEG-4 protocol.Therefore,it is helpful to video monitoring system based on IP technology and the real-time transmission of audio data. Besides, this paper is also useful to guarantee the real-time transmission and the transmission quality of stream media.
