In this paper, choose the general-purpose DSP ADSP-TS101 in order to realize real-timing Radar MTD. Through effective examination, the correct result is obtained. In order to realize the real-timing radar signal processing, the system has been optimized. This paper is value to other engineering designs in real-timing signal processing.Summarizing and analyze the Radar MTD research and development.First, simulate the algorithms with MATLAB verifying the MTD and CFAR. Analyze and compare the different CFAR , giving the scheme based on the analyse. Considering the signal real-time processing, choose the TS101 finishing the fix to float, module calculation, the calculation of max value , FFT, and GO-CFAR.In Chapter2 discussing methods of compiling ADSP assembly files and LDF files, described my actual example detailedly.In Chapter 3, introducing the scheme of MTD, and concludes the simulation result.In Chapter 4, the realization of signal processing system is detailed described. Summarizing the experience which is useful for improving the speed. By the rational arrangement for the hardware and the optimization of the operation and assemble program, the design assures the real-time signal process of the radar MTD.In Chapter 5, the experiment results are given. This MTD system is good at solving the problem of real time radar MTD.
