The Study Of Radar Signal Digitizing Unit

The record processing and transisation of the radar signal is the very import component of the VTS .There are lots of shortcomings in the traditional system radar with analog circuit such as low percesion , sensitive to the change of the environment . To fix these problems my design is built on high speed digitizing board with FPGA and DSP. There is more discuss on CFAR which is useful to reduce the noise of the clutter .The design consists of three parts , the sampling unit ,the processing unit and transmission unit.The systerm receives HP,BP,TRI,VIDEO signals and changes them into digital data frames tranfering to the PC through PCI bus.After simulations on Xilinx IDE software Foundation3.1 the design was changed into physical circuit and implementations files and downloaded into the FPGA chip.The result proves the design is reasonable.
