Research Of Process Industry ERP And Application In Sugar Manufactured Enterprises

Enterprise Resource Planning-ERP is a kind of comprehensive pattern of enterprise management and used as a standard management tool for manufacturing in the world today for its remarkable benefit. Process industry is every important in civil economy and it is very narrow to choose ERP software product when process industry enterprises decide to carry out the planning of ERP system, so the development of process industry ERP is significant for us to bring along traditional industry according to alteration of information technology. The individuation demand of different industry or different enterprise in same industry about ERP system should be fitted in by different management project. The design and realization of process industry ERP are discussed and researched with the example of sugar Manufactured Enterprises ERP system in this paper.In this paper the character of process industry is introduced and the collectivity of sugar manufacturing enterprise ERP system is designed firstly, including the connection of data stream and designing of system framework. Secondly the function demand analysis of function modes of system are made particularly based on the collectivity design of system and the operation flow adapt to sugar manufacturing enterprise are made. Thirdly it is about the realization of Production Controlling Management System and the more particular analysis is made .At this part the content of the database design and the materiel coding are described. The structure based on C/S mode is chose as the system pattern of Production Controlling ManagementSystem and Visual Basic 6.0 and Microsoft SQL 2000 which belong to Microsoft are chose as tools to realize this system. At last parts of software models are introduced simply.
