Design Research, Based On Web Service Virtual Enterprise Information Integration System

As rapid development of network information technology and the trend of global economy integration becoming more and more obvious, the competition between corporations becomes more and more fierce. Also, the market environment is more difficult to forecast. And the corporations are facing much more challenge, that is, products' life cycle becoming shorter, diversification of consumers' demand, etc,, so it has become the key factors for the corporations to provide prompt, excellent, low -priced products and services. All those demand corporations meet the challenge flexibly. Just under the circumstance like that, corporations should change former operating and managing style. Rather than itself, corporations will search the optimum partners to establish communities, in other words, virtual enterprise. Based on their fastest speed and lowest cost, they sell their products. Virtual enterprise are dynamic, they become partner just for one project, also, divorce for the completion of it. The information system platform is the infrastructure of the virtual enterprise. It integrates every partner company's information system, to exchange useful information for the related corporations. So, this paper is about the research on virtual enterprise information system, in hope of offering some help to virtual enterprise information system.In the first chapter, the background, main content of the paper are introduced. The following one tells about Web Services theory, then tell the Web Services' role in corporation information integration. The third chapter elaborates the definition, coverage and life cycle. In the following chapter, it raises two key questions in virtual enterprise information system. The fifth one gives several recommendations about virtual enterprise's development and information technology development in virtual enterprise, the last one tells this paper's main research result and the deficiencies.
