Research On Product Information Sharing Of Virtual Enterprise Based On Web Services

Networked manufacture is the trend of the modern manufacturing development, it needs to resolve the key problems such as heavy network burden because of enormous data flow within enterprise and among the dynamic enterprise alliance, the standardization of data and data exchange and share among heterogeneous system. In virtual enterprise environment, several enterprises droved by together benefit are offering products or services for the market, their organization and exploitation of new products also have high dynamic and agility, therefore these desire virtual enterprises must be able to grip the users' requirements quickly, shorten their production cycle as soon as possible, reengineer their departments one by one neatly. Moreover effective information sharing between virtual enterprises is one of the key taches whether the enterprise can responds to the market quickly so as to hold predominance in furious competition. Presently, these problems have become the focus of researchers in the world.With the radical development of information technology, Internet has come to be a main means to exchange and share information in commercial activities. As a kind of distributed arithmetic technology, Web Services is becoming more and more mature, it has an unmatchable superiority in crossing Internet, platform and etc, it also offer strong support for those enterprises that want to integrate and share product information based on web services.Based on the need of sharing product information between virtual enterprises in network environment, the main research aspects of this thesis are as follows:(1)Based on the studies of networked manufacturing and virtual enterprises, the architecture of virtual enterprises, the necessary and special requirements of information integration of virtual enterprises, and the information structure of virtual enterprises are analyzed.(2)According to the trait of information structure of virtual enterprises, the feasibility of using XML to express product information of virtual enterprises is analyzed;the thesis also discussed methods of how to express them and how to storethem too.(3) Combining with XML Web Services technology, the meaning and principle of encapsulating product information with Web Service are discussed, and the method of how to release Web Service is specified too.(4)The architecture of product information sharing system based on Web Services for virtual enterprises is constructed. The architecture of this system, the working flow and the function of main modules are specified, some key technologies that related to the architecture are researched finally.
