With the deepening of economic globalization, the development of Internet technology, and increasing market competition, companies must respond quickly to market demand, give full play to their strengths through inter-enterprise dynamic alliance, and participate in the globalized market competition. The virtual enterprise is becoming the ideal model for a modern enterprise to adapt to the competitive environment. Therefore, establishing appropriate information systems for virtual enterprises has become an important research area in order to achieve seamless integration and interoperability between virtual enterprises.MAS is a self-organized system of a number of agents by certain coordinating mechanism. To some extent, agent technology, featuring initiation, distribution and intelligence, belongs to the area of artificial intelligence research, whose basic ideas were put forward in the1960s. Web Services technology is a distributed component application specification set in the Internet environment, with characteristics such as self-describing, seamless interoperability, loose coupling.Based on the previous studies on MAS-based and Web Services-based virtual enterprise information systems, this paper aims to build an information system based on both Agent technology and Web-services technology, and discuss and propose possible solutions to the following related problems:the interoperability between the two above technologies, Spatial Information Integration and UDDI management system, his article further analyzes the MAS-WS-based virtual enterprise operational processes and construction and manages to design an integrated internal information system for virtual enterprises. To be specific, the integrated internal information system can be divided into five parts:Agent-based environment, Web Services package, knowledge base of the domain ontology, management and coordination and workflow design, which are the framework bases of the MAS-WS-based virtual enterprise information system. Finally, the paper discusses the application feasibility of the MAS-WS-based virtual enterprise information system, by analyzing US Waters· Bonwe, and presents the outlook study analysis. The advances in information technology and the continuous integration of various new technologies in the future will continue to promote the development of the Virtual Enterprise Information System integration, and ensure a stronger and more extensive application.
