The Research On Web Services-based Dynamic Virtual Enterprise (WSDVE) And Its Key Techniques

With the great competition and changing market environment, manufacturing Enterprise must adapt themselves for survive. As a result, there appear many new models and philosophies, such as Concurrent Engineering (CE), Agile Manufacturing (AM). Virtual Enterprise (VE). The organizing model of AM has become popular in recent years. Computer and Network techniques provide some new characters and power to virtual Enterprise. Based on the analyzing characters of virtual Enterprise and web services, this paper study virtual Enterprise model and partner selection. The followings are the main contents and contributions from this research.1. Through consulting and analyzing plentiful literatures of science and technology, the author pointes out that trendy of virtual Enterprise is dynamic virtual Enterprise, web services is basis of implementing dynamic virtual Enterprise. At same time, the author creatively construct Web Services-based Dynamic Virtual Enterprise-WSDVE, analyzing characters of WSDVE from organization, information integration, application integration, partner selection and implementation, designing framework of WSDVE that its core is UDDI, presenting three model of WSDVE: central model, distributed model and mixing model. On the base of analyzing how to implement WSDVE, author describes some key techniques: web services, agent/multi-agent, semantic web.2. On the basis of analyzing the defect of web services and character of agent, the author puts forward the idea of service agent or intelligent web services, analyze three ways to implementing web services in the agent. According to advantage and disadvantage of these methods, the author design new method. The engineering environment of multi-services agent that is used to construct WSDVE is studied. On the basis of environment, the Service Agent-based Virtual Enterprise Marketplace is constructed. In the research push-pull mechanism based method of acquire resource is designed. The dynamic resource that is created on private UDDI union.3. In the WSDVE, the resource that partner provide are described the generalized service resource at first time, the service resource include static service resource in form of web page and dynamic service resource in form of web services. On the analyzing disadvantage of searching static service resource, the author thinks that semantic web is a good way to deal with these defect. To solve some problem that DAML+OIL lack graphic description and is difficult to used by technician from other fields of non-artificial intelligence. The paper design some rule to map DAML+OIL and UML that deal with those problem. At first time, the author create Enterprise information ontology, manufacturing resource ontology, manufacturing object ontology on the basis of analyzing characters of manufacturing resource and DAML+OIL. The agent based staticservice resource search system is designed.4. At first time, the author constructs manufacturing activity ontology on the basis of DAML+OIL. The model of service match, similarity calculation based service match algorithm, the model of quality of service and AHP based evolutional system are designed and realized. According to trend of service match in business and science, the paper puts forward and design mixed service match system on the basis of combining search and semantic match.5. According to the relation PSL and situation calculus, the author creatively use situation calculus and its extend to study formalization of DAML-S. The formalization of Process model in DAML-S is realized. This method build base that implement process seamless integration between the model of DAML-S and other process model language.6. The applied research is done to the WSDVE Prototype System (WSDVEPS) and service match model in combination with the research and development of ZL50C loader of Shaanxi huanggong machinery Co. LTD. Through the simulated operation in reality, it is proved that description of service resource and semantic match method are feasible, WSDVE can meet dynamic requirement of virtual Enterprise.
