The need compare greatly, Particularly in the national defense science and technology industry of the weapon material item. The power operation amplifier is the typical product of using for armed forces and people, have the extensive application in public consumer goods, machine control, the machine integrate with electricity, automobile. Therefore the research has the important meaning to power operation amplifier.The power dissipation of power IC is high, The power that device consume is more high, the temperature of chip is more high. Good heat-cooling design of IC to assurance various function and index of the electric circuit is very valuable. In this topic studying the output module of the high power operation amplifier,as the transistor can endure very high power in a momentâ… designed assistant module circuit to lead the heat of the main module circuit,Via the main and assistant module work alternately to ensure the output work well.this method of cooling enhances the integration and the cooling efficiency of the high power circuit.This text adopts a normal bipolar regulation of 5um lithography precision, passing through circuit design, circuit simulation, layout design and layout validation. the all simulation result is satisfied with design need, simulation results indicate that it exports 10W power and belongs to the advanced level.
