In the recent radar system, there are two parts in the radar information processing, which are radar signal processing and radar data processing. Radar data processing is the post-processing of the radar information processing. Radar data processing can offer the position, speed, maneuvering instance and attribute identify of every target which is in interested. The multifunctional general purpose radar data processing system is one of the important direction that the present stage military affairs researches, which can make use of the same hardware platform to process many kinds of Radar data include target tracking , target identification , data fuse and radar imaging.This paper is aimed at the above-mentioned problems, centering on the TMS320C6727 DSP to develop out a hardware plat which can have an effect to realize this account functional .We do a lot of researches for the hardware plat including the interchange and the control of the datas and the signal integrity and electromagnetic compatibility. In the end the hardware simulation is used to help high-speed PCB design. The main contributions are followed:1. We have researched the function and inner structure of the TI company floating DSP TMS320C6727 for the characteristic of radar data processing. We have testified the DSP is satisfied greatly for the designing request and introduced the function and the interfaces of the DSP needed in the design.2. We design each hardware modules interface and principle, then we do a lot of researches aimed at the difficulty in data exchange and data sharing. We have designed a high-effect radar data processing system and apply modern circuit theory to testify the operatability of this system.3. Specifically for the challenge of high-speed PCB designs ,the work simulated the topological structure of the PCB's pivotal networks is simulated. In allusion to the problems of signal integrity and electromagnetic compatibility, it proposed idiographic methods to resolve them. The design could satisfy the desire of signal integrity and electromagnetic compatibility after modification.4. Finally the paper introduced the hardware debugging process. Then we develop the system software on this hardware platform including the CPLD program and the bootload program.To sum up, this paper has fused the DSP technology and high-speed PCB designing technology to researches a multifunctional general purpose radar data processing platform. The hardware platform has got fine application in actual project. This research has very important practical value.
