| With the rapid development of computer technology and network technique,the concept of digital archives has being presented and focused on, which has changed the service items and operation modes in archives, and provided wider space for information sharing and use.The construct of the digital archives is a systems engineering, it couldn't be achieved without difficulty. This paper researches about the document, drawing and data, which be used frequently and archived large. This paper refers to not only the design of archives directory database and whole-length database, but also the function and achieves method, technology approach about the plate of the archives information resource applications. (Include the archives digital treat, E-document manage, archives operation dispose, archives Internet use and digital archives interchange.) In the last part of this paper present the construct needs for basic establishment and safeguard of digital archives run.The process of design digital archives is the requirement of our academe, which asked in Construction of information about archives and the programming from 2004 to 2010 in CGTE, and is also the requirement of our aeronautic information technology development. We could promote our management of information technology by this research. It also makes us provide well services more comprehensive, quickly and effectively. |
