The modern society is facing more and more serious energy crisis, and the building energy saving has become more and more important. For many modern buildings, the central air conditioner is an indispensable energy consumption system. When providing comfortable life and working environment for people, it has consumed a large amount of energy. According to relevant statistics, the building energy consumption in our country accounts for 30% of the total consumption of energy, in which the building central air conditioner accounts for about 70%, and growing up. Now, many buildings in our country adopt the air conditioning water system. In order to meet the requirement of energy saving, variable flow air conditioning water systems become the premier option of the engineers, and which has already achieved certain energy saving result in practice.The central air conditioning system is a Multi-Variable, Non-Linear, and Time-varying system, so it is difficult to construct a precise mathematical model. And in the meantime, the applying of conditional PID controller will not get the ideal result. The fuzzy control expresses the control experience and knowledge of the operator or the expert into the control rule described by language variables, and then uses them to control the system. Therefore, fuzzy control can be easily used to resolve the control model problem of the central air conditioning system. In the field of fuzzy control research, the traditional fuzzy control theory is already very completed and has been extended into many kinds of self-adoptive and self-adjusting methods. According to the main characteristics of the central air conditioning water system, an improved self-adaptive fuzzy control method based on the quantification and proportionality factors was selected. By comparing several other fuzzy control methods, we can see that this method can get better result. To take the central air conditioning system of one university in Qingdao for instance, it actually facilitate one kind of system in energy-conservation that the frequency conversion adopting the programmable Logic controller (PLC) to combine together with frequency conversion technology adjusts the speed, and will adjust controlling the control system which introduces PLC fuzzily of proportionality and quantization factors by oneself. Make use of PLC to realize fuzzy control, namely keep PLC control system and control flexible , reliable , such characteristics as anti-interference ability is strong, have raised the intelligent degree of the control system of central air conditioner greatly.The main points are as follows:First of all, based on the analyzing the energy-conserving meaning of the building and energy-conserving space of air conditioner system, it has explained the development of the energy-conserving control technology of the central air conditioner and studied the current situation. The pipeline system because of the central air conditioner is huge and complicated, need to consume greater transport energy of the water pump, so the energy-conserving method of water system realizes that seems particularly important. Main content that so as to put forward this text and study.Secondly, this essay explained the structure and principle of the central air conditioner system, and turn into principles controlled in flow energy-conservation. The energy appearing wastes the question in the flow is controlled through analyzing the water system of early central air conditioner definitely, state and change the meaning in which flow controls and turn into implementation methods that the flow control: Frequency conversion technology and fuzzy is introduced into control of central air conditioner to control.Further more, it illustrated the control system applied fuzzily to the central air conditioner, will use MATLAB to carry on simulation, comparing through fuzzily, fuzzy P1D of self-adaptation and self-adaptive fuzzy control method based on the quantification and proportionality factors. draw and use self-adaptive fuzzy control method based on the quantification and proportionality factors through analyzing, it is better to control the result.Last but not least, taking the central air conditioning system of one university in Qingdao for instance, it designs the energy-conserving control system of central air conditioner that frequency conversion technology combined with PLC, and realizes adjusting the fuzzy algorithm that controlled of proportionality and quantization factors and carrying on research by oneself in PLC.To sum up, the essay concluded the groundwork of this text, and pointed out the further research direction.The innovation of this text is in the energy-conservation controlling the method fuzzily and applying to the water system of central air conditioner that will adjust the factor of proportionality and quantization by oneself is controlled, has studied and controlled the programming realization that the method combined above-mentioned fuzzily with inserting value operation.
