Synchrodrive is a burgeoning,subject-bestraddled and synthesized technology,it's a combination of electric transmission, network communication , automatic control and mechanism technology,concrete manifestation in the manufacturing and production process, which required several synchronous motor drive shaft, such as portal cranes, sluice gates, landing bridges;but some are asked several motor rotation speed or by a ratio of continuous changes, such as paper machine, plastic sheeting machine and so on. Synchrodrive transmission with high accuracy,simplified structure,a wide range of transmission ratio,the advantages of convenient adjustment in the large equipment demands of the multi-axis simultaneous transmission areas, has broad application prospects.As in recent years the development of power electronics technology and control theory to continuously develop and improve, variable frequency AC motor speed control system been continually developed and widely used. It has a wide speed range, good synchronization performance, high static accuracy, fast dynamic response. Variable frequency speed regulation technology in the performance, and our information shows that used variable frequency speed regulation technology can indeed made a very significant energy conservation,production and the effect of improving the quality of products, and energy-saving rate of 10% to 30%, and some high - up to 40%; DC system also has unparalleled features, and ability to meet the DC motor can not meet the occasion. Based on variable frequency speed regulation and synchronous transmission characteristics, and will combine the two proposed contents of this study AC inverter drive system synchronization algorithm.This paper mainly from the perspective of theoretical analysis of the proposed algorithm for synchronous transmission, and in MATLAB and Simulink software platform, through structures simulation model, the simulation algorithm to achieve, in order to verify the effectiveness of the method and feasibility.In this paper, the contents of the study are as follows:(1) First, introduced synchrodrive and variable frequency speed regulation research actuality and significance, and effective combination of the two, which made the focus of this study, AC inverter drive system synchronization algorithm research.(2) Second, the object modeling, as this paper, the three-phase asynchronous motor is a non-linear,multi-variable,high-end,the strong coupling of the complexity of the object, it is difficult to establish the precise mathematical model. This paper uses computer-aided design with the establishment of the engineering design equivalent model. (3) Induction motor from the variable frequency speed regulation principle and control methods begin, mainly introduces asynchronous motor variable frequency speed regulation principle and mechanical properties, as well as the selection of its inverter speed control methods detailed introduced, the paper adopted a spwm variable frequency speed regulation inverter bridge adjustment of the output voltage pulse width and frequency, achieve the purpose of adjusting voltage and frequency. Then this paper mentioned U/F's frequency control method is based on the real principle of spwm variable frequency speed, and will variable frequency speed U/F control model approach to the open-loop structures and simulation, analyse in impacting the various possibilities of speed fluctuation, and to give solution to debug a set optimum parameters for the next synchrodrive model provides a reference.(4) This paper's synchrodrive research algorithm including model Reference PID algorithm of differential compensation control, fuzzy PID control, and adaptive fuzzy PID control. And expounded the principle of the various algorithms and practical significance. At the same time and by the simultaneous transmission method design modeling and simulation one by one, analyse advantages and disadvantages of each algorithms. Model Reference PID algorithm of differential compensation control: take the main principle of differential compensation, through the design of compensation PID controller to speed compensation margin back to the input frequency, and here I must stress that the selection of model and controller design; Fuzzy PID control: mainly to the simplified converter - asynchronous motor mathematical model fuzzy algorithm design. Because fuzzy control does not depend on industrial object model, so it is not the numerical variables instead linguistic variables to describe the system characteristics and the dynamic information system based on fuzzy control rules and reasoning to find the appropriate volume control, and so they have stronger robust character. But at the same time they are also aware of fuzzy control system design process in a number of deficiencies and shortcomings. First, more variable factors, such as the controller input and output variables's domain size, membership function form, control rules's content,quantity, as well as Fuzzy reconciliation strategy and Fuzzy Reasoning; Secondly,in the choice of methods of fuzzy, no rules can be fixed, an increase of the complexity of system design, pending further study; Finally, the control precision is not very satisfactory. Adaptive fuzzy PID control:adaptive control algorithm takes into full consideration the characteristics of the process optimization, the paper will be fuzzy control method and the theory of Lyapunov stability of the two methods together, and also added the continuous supervision and control thinking, significantly enhanced adaptive fuzzy control system stability, so that the method not only has the rigor of the traditional control, but also with the unique Fuzzy Control. Although adaptive regulation by the induction motor can load disturbance, the disturbance can track regulation inhibited, and ultimately achieving synchronization purposes. But its design parameters control law is not easily change, and it accused the parameters of the object. Adaptive law in a certain has its design limitations.Finally, experimental verification of the numerical simulation of the control algorithm designed by the effectiveness and feasibility of application for the next phase of work has laid a theoretical basis.
