In our country are of the utmost importance for the development and utilization of clean and renewable energy,whether before or now,the effective utilization rate of wind energy is always closely related to clean energy,can better use of wind power can reduce the coal,the use of fossil fuels,thereby reducing pollution,such as fog,acid rain and so on,to provide for a system of some columns of human damage to natural disasters.Because automation technology rapid development,as well as a large number of automation products widely used,the use of wind power has been developing rapidly,from development to the current capacity of hundreds of megawatts,its control method are also from fixed blade to variable pitch control,variable speed control method that is currently in use.Direct drive wind turbine is a kind of gear box of wind turbine,reducing the failure brought on by a gearbox problem such as grinding.Direct drive wind turbines used in wind farms,which has low wind speed when running efficient utilization,reduce the maintenance cost in the process of damage and so on a series of advantages,and get a relatively rapid growth.Content is the purpose of the study,this article in order to improve the maximum utilization of wind power,realize the direct drive wind turbine automatic control without manual operation,some problems of variable propeller speed regulating control system for a certain research.Based on the basic knowledge of wind turbine aerodynamic,calculate the tip speed ratio and the blade pitch Angle value as well as the wind energy utilization coefficient,is a nonlinear relationship between the PID control,PLC control strategy is introduced into the fuzzy controller,a PLC as actuators and the combination of fuzzy PID compound control method.But according to corresponding parts in the variable propeller speed regulation system of execution order,design variable propeller speed hardware system,using the Gx-Developer software design variable propeller speed regulation control system,through the corresponding I/O signal distribution table,ladder diagram programming.At the same time,this paper used the 89 c52 as the core processor,and on the periphery of the hardware circuit design,mainly include the AD/DA conversion module,the minimum system module,the human body infrared sensor module,infrared remote control,etc.And the direct drive wind turbine,all parts according to the characteristics of the direct drive wind turbine,and through the characteristics of wind speed and wind turbines,establish relevant mathematical model,simulation by MATLAB/Simulink software,the analysis of operating components under different running speed,the variable propeller speed control system and the relationship between the wind speed fluctuation,and then verify the efficiency and power efficiency,and,according to the results of the data for the proposed improved correction is analyzed.studying speed regulation system of the corresponding parts,when the wind speed is higher than the rated wind speed,by controlling the blade pitch Angle to change the value of attack Angle so as to change the fan's aerodynamic torque,eventually achieve the goal of stable power output.
