"Series of Laser-guided Seeker product test system" which was integrated optics, structural support, the mechanical drive, electronic control and computer measurement, is an optical-mechanical-electrical integration, computer monitoring and control equipment. Its main function is to the existing laser-guided seeker debugging and testing. And it can conduct further analysis to the performance of these products, and support testing and debugging to follow-up products.The project is based on the original design and rebuilds to its controller. With Altera Co. Cyconle family FPGA chip, it on the basis of the NIOS soft core CPU designs a SOPC instead of two pieces of MCU, and performs the requirement.With the detailed analysis of the original device and control system, the design scheme of controller is propounded on the basis of the system function definition. The most important content of study is the controller hardware design and software design. The mostly hardwares in the controller are composed of FPGA chip (EP1C6QC240C8) and timer 8254 etc. The software design comprises two parts. One is software of NIOS system, which is used to collect datas and control output, and to deal with SRAM controller, flash controller, and I/O function. The other is logic design in the FPGA chip, which assist NIOS CPU to deal with datas. Finally, the PID control arithmetic of the horizontal electromotor is introduced and is simulated in the MATLAB software.On the premise of guaranteeing all functions and technology parameters, the design adopts universal Large Scale Integration and embedded technology so that it can adapt preset parameters, functional expansion and upgrading needs of various products, which improve the reliability of the system and the level of intelligently analysing the experimental data, at the same time simplifying the hardware circuit, reduced equipment size, lower cost and good technical and economical. The hardware design of the system has passed the test PCB processing and debugging functions.
