Fault Information Management System Components Research And Applications

Failure information management is an important part of maintenance management of product. Because of the particularity of work process in failure information management, each enterprise has a different way to deal with failure information, which makes it hard to fulfill all the requests for a system. On the purpose of fast development for system on order, this paper studies and applies components in failure information management system based on great implementation experience.We use UML as the modeling tool, .NET as the development platform and ORACLE as the database management for this B/S structure system.In the paper, different type of dealing with failure information in enterprise is analyzed for the general operation and process flow. On the base of summarizing system function and analyzing failure maintenance flow, the information model of failure management system is built.We put forward a system structure and the data mapping mechanism for compartmentalizing component by the intersected criterion of mode and granularity. The inter and outer interface, sustain component and flow component of system are designed and developed. The fast compose technique is studied on the basis of component we made before for a wide implementation in different enterprises.
