Railway Pilot Data Center Design And Realization

Data center plays an important role in the programming of railway informationize. It can provide data storing, data sharing and other data services for applications. So it is very important to build a reasonable and reliable data center architecture.This thesis analyses the data requirements of some railway system and the characteristics of different types of data. We categorize the railway data into four categories. They are common facts, operational data, daily administrative data and DSS data. We analyze the problem which may occur when designing and implementing a data center, and then we design the architecture of railway data center to meet the requirements of the entire railway system.In this thesis, we discuss the different demand of leaders, operational analysts, and system administrators. We also analyze the data model and data streams of the data center. Then, this thesis designs the data warehouse architecture of the data center system for an actual railway bureau.At last, based on the above designs, we analyze the data integration method of the testing data center prototype of an actual railway bureau, and implement some integration strategies. We also design and implement the OLAP application of the testing data center.
