As the large amount of data , the diversification of sources , commercial banks Constructing Management Information System, will inevitably encounter how to manage such a broad array of data, as well as how to extract useful information from the data. Data Warehouse (DW) applications as"Get Best returns for Great efforts", which can get together the commercial data information of the enterprise network in different environment, store in a single, integrated database, and provide the means of statistics and analysis to the data.In the development and implementation of the Banking Performance Evaluation System project, we need to collect a large number of basic data to the database of it and other various channels because of so many financial services, products increasingly rich and diversified channels for processing. The process is very complicated, long development cycle, and easly emerge a variety of anomalies. One of the most prominent problem is Non-GM of the builded database, only for the services of the Performance Evaluation System. To this end, we use Data Warehouse technology as the bank's massive data extracting method which base on the large centralized data bank. This collect the data to"Data Center"of the Bank Data Warehouse, and we can bring about various applications secondary development, the statistical analysis of data and other advanced applications on the basis of the"Data Center".In this paper, we give a comprehensive analysis to the theme of the Bank Data Warehouse(BDW). Through the disussing of related theory and technique of Data Warehouse, combining the use of Data Warehouse in Bank Performance Evaluation Project, we build a innovative Bank Data Warehouse model. The paper describes the designing and modeling of Data Warehouse technology; then focusing analyse the ETL process of massive data banks from the original data source to the Data Warahouse; Finally implement the application of OLAP to the data of the Data Warehouse with the tool of Analysis Servises, and displaying the statistical data and information through Excel and the services of PivotTable.
