Design And Implementation Of Fixed Asset Records Management System

With the development of computer industry, digital system is more and more used in many different fields. The problems of how to store information in computer system conveniently and at high speed and how to manage archives automatically have been solved in most industries, such as all kinds of bank systems and archive managing system of companies or institutions and so on, which can't operate without Internet. And some work, like personnel administration and logistics administration, is greatly associated with computer system.Computer system is not only used in commercial operation, but also plays a great role in internal sources administration and distribution. For example, the fixed assets file management system discussed in this thesis is an internal assets management system which was developed for the digital management of fixed assets according to requirements of Shandong Branch of Agricultural Development Bank of China. As an effective and systematic management tool, it can fulfill most of fixed assets managements, such as data recording, data retrieval, accrual of depreciation, data submit and data check. The system realizes the automaticalization in the fixed assets management, the fixed assets file management system is developed in accordance with the thoughts of software engineering. And with relatively less investment, the system has better stability, lower project risk. And also the software engineering helps in controlling the rate of progress about the project. Besides, we analyze the difference of fixed assets management between banks and other fields, and develop the system based on bank fixed assets' characteristics, so the system's adaptability is high. The system's function includes fixed assets depreciation, disposition and improvement, target management, information recording, data check and data retrieval and so on. Among these functions, data retrieval is the most impotent. In order to complete the retrieval requirement fast and conveniently, two query methods are provided: integrate search and statistical search.
