Research And Implementation Of Erp Procurement Management System Based On Business Process Reengineering

The ERP system is becoming increasingly important to more and more enterprises. And executives also realized that purchase management is critical for the whole business operation.According to some of deficiencies in purchase process, such as: low efficiency to material purchase and response to the market, especially a lot of middle or small companies which lack of capital existing in China, This paper brought up the concept of purchase management based Business Process Reengineering. The main purpose is to improve the efficiency of purchase, and low down the costs of purchase, meanwhile attain the goal of purchase automation and purchase controlFirst of all, this paper enumerated all the issues we met in actual operation. According to these issues mentioned before, this paper brought up the method to find out the solutions. Furthermore this paper deeply discussed the realization to small or middle companies. Secondly, application of business process reengineering based on work flow will be discussed in my thesis. Thirdly, the related new technologies will also be deeply put in discussion. Finally, the method of design, realization mechanism and prototype evaluation was clarified in the accomplishment of purchase management.
