The Design And Implementation Of OA System Based On Domino

With the intense development of computer and network technology, Office Automation(OA) is in progress and improvement continually. Original OA only utilize office information carrier electronically, but now, OA system can actualize information share, job cooperation, telecommuting, and reasonable work flow organization among self-existent office workers through diversified applications of computer system. With a view to developing direction of OA, this paper analyses source of demand of OA system, combine with actual instance and problem in using OA System.In this paper, the office automation system of Jiangxi Agricultural University course as an example, according to the school’s internal management and business development needs, this article will introduce the technology in the Lotus Notes/Domino based on B/S framework of the development of enterprise business process automation systems, will be in accordance with the methods of software engineering and project development, implementation of the release and delivery of a variety of news and document management and workflow management. The OA system used Lotus Domino Server as the system development background, in the browser and Notes Client as the system development foreground, select a document type database, the B/S and C/S mode combined with the development of office automation system.In general, the office automation system following the mainstream Web development framework and techniques, and show all aspects of system platform advantage position, it improve office efficiency and management of the university level, it’s very important in school management.
