Our Country has suffered a lot from the natural disaster every year. The loss is increasing and it seriously affects the sustainable development of our country. In the past, the one-way hazard nutugation system is separate, discrete and has poor efficiency. The Comprehensive Infromation system for Hazard Mitigation will enhance the coordination among departments and accelerate the prompt reaction. This thesis applies AJAX(Asynchronous JavaScript + XML) to Sichuan Province Comprehensive Infromation system for Hazard Mitigation, is devoted to solving the problems such as the department information sharing, information protection, the complication of system operation. Basing on this, I have studied the technology of AJAX and have expounded the fact on the superiorities of AJAX and how AJAX acts on the Hazard Mitigation System and even E-government, as well as the cooperation with other techniques. At the same time, we can find that it plays an important role in the E-government.In this thesis, each module of the Sichuan Province Comprehensive Infromation system for Hazard Mitigation has been introduced, and LeShan Comprehensive Infromation system for Hazard Mitigation is set as an example to introduce each module of the city-level subsystem. I also explain how to design and accomplish the system by the examply with map inquiry module and user authority module. Finally, an evaluation on the system through tracking the running situation of the system has been made, which has proved using value of AJAX in this system. Becides, the effect that can bring into demestic E-government has been illustrated so as to give some impications for the government's efficiency reform!...
