Through all kind of sensors gathers datum, real-time monitors the state information .It checks environment temperature and humidity through temperature and humidity sensors, may create above and below alarming according to the designed valve values, which can be set and modify. Fire alarming can be checked by hydronium fog sensor, ground water information can be checked by water sensor, illegimate entering information can be checked by photo electricity shoot sensor and door magnetism sensor. The system provides multi route relay outputs and on-off or TTL electric inputs.Main computer of environment monitoring instrument transmits datum through RS232 communication interface and the conversion of RS485/RS232 with computer room/storehouse room environment monitoring computer. This system uses computer to process data integratedly.RS485 and RS232 standard are detailedly introduced in the article.The central management software of computer room environment monitoring is the main work of the article. The operating system is based on Windows2000. Database is SQL Server 2000 which is made by Microsoft. Software language is delphi6.x , which is now generally used language. Every above flat floor is detailedly depicted in the article.The central management software of computer room system is based on all the above techniques, and uses RS232 communication component a. It analyses the real-time system need and multi main computers monitoring with the think of software engineering and modularization of software design, and at last designs the software and codes .After strictly checking and local use, it proves that all the system achieves the need of the system.
