The Software Design Of Locomotive LCD System Based On Qt

At present, most display monitors of domestic passenger transportation electric locomotives had adopted LCD which with more friendly and more simple man-machine interface. It can both display real-time parameters which are needed by the drivers and alleviate the drivers' tiredness. But most domestic electric locomotives are import from overseas, the monopoly of overseas to electric locomotives technology has hindered the enterprise's development of Chinese electric locomotive seriously. In order to catch up with the technology development of international electric locomotive as soon as possible, we already started to develop the electric locomotives independently. This topic is proposed at this time and this is the first display monitor which develops independently with the non-configuration software of CNR Dalian Electric Traction R&D Center also.This article proposed the system design plan and through actual design verified this plan's validity. This DDU (Driver Display Unit) uses the special-purpose driver display monitor. Its operating system is CLFS Linux system, this system is PIXY company reduces in 2.6.17.13 - Linux Kernel according to the special application of DDU. The development of man-machine interface uses Qtopia core 4.3.1 commercial editions which produced by Norwegian Trolltech company.This article demonstrates the software control system's overall design based on the introduction of display monitor software's requirement analysis, the overall concept's design, the major functions' design and realization of man-machine interface, the Qt's internationalization, the RS485 serial port communication's design, the design and realization of SQLite database, the realization of double MCU communication.
