| Up to now, many schools have been a member of China Education and Research Network or have connected to the Internet. With the establishment of the campus intranet, information release has been a necessary way for information exchange. Therefore, powerful, extensible and flexible content management technology becomes more and more urgent. Furthermore, the information management is now facing with the challenge of different data type. Traditional data management method is not competent for current need and new data management technology should be used.The track meet is an important thing for every school. Currently, the improvement of the quality of the track meet becomes very imminent. According to the requirements of modern track meet which need convenient, fast and effective to deal with the information, an information release system that is easy and simple to operate, with full function and multi-element product is essential. Have done for the requirements analysis of the content management system of track meet, and have explored the theory of system analysis and design with object oriented method, we develop two databases based on the object oriented design for database design. We analyze and develop the news submodule of track meet based on UML in Rational Rose 2003.The main tasks include homepage design, information query of the game, news release submodule etc. In the information query submodule, there consists following function modules: athlete registration information, game record table, game item, game schedule, grouping table before the game, judge lists for different campus area, game rule, game organization and staff list, game inaugurate program, game arrangement grouping table, grade arrangement and grade query etc. The news release submodule consists of news category management, news issue management, pictures and documents handling, news query, word leave module and user management module etc. The system we developed has advanced theory significant and high useful value. |
