The Design And Implementation Of Score Information Management System Of Track Meet For Heilongjiang Polytechnic

In the background of enrolment increment for years, and of the expanding scale of sports meeting, Heilongjiang Polytechnic is reforming existing manual organization, simplifying arrangement of meetings, in order to enlarge the scale of sports, cut costs for preparation, improve efficiency of organaztion, make it convenient for management of sports meeting, developing a computer software system, realizing automatic organization for sports meeting instead.Considering Heilongjiang Polytechnic the 2nd Track Meet Programme as important reference and the object of analysis, interviewing the main persons in charge and referees of meetings, to understand related business processes, experiences and skills, research builds the real base for the design of the software, especially of details in processing for score’s inputing.By means of investigating software industry at home and broad, and referring the existing design ideas, based comprehensive analysis of the college sports meeting’s business processes for links in details, research puts a improving proposal. The design of the system puts the points on the individual needs of the college, cancels or reform the formulation of registration, the filling in forms, the serial numbers etc. because that those links rely administrative structures and are rather inefficient. The system optimizes the two proceese between allocating serial numbers and distributing tags for registration, to integrate the business proceesing which are excess and redundant, so that sports meeting realizes automazation in organization, group making, score ranking and form filling.To complete the paper I should do such works: to investigate school track meet registration and organizational processes; to learn and master track meet skills of race items choreography and calculation results; to abstract reasonably for registration and organization of information to realize it; software testing and evaluation; various stages of collecting critical data to support this thesis in the above process.After realization, the application has been used for Heilongjiang Polytechnic the 3rd track meeting, and took exhaustive software tests. The results of tests accord expectation of the design. The application completes general information settings, arrangement of sports items, registration, and score inputment and computing after starting. The software is an excellent solution for organizing ten thousands scale’s sports meeting. If the college makes no large change for the sports meeting in future, this software can serve reliable services for long time.
