Nowadays, transmitting data through intranet, extranet and internet has been an indispensable means for enterprises and governments at all levels. As a result, the need for powerful, expandable and flexible content management technique is becoming stronger. Meanwhile, almost all sectors are faced with the challenge of managing data of various formats. The customers' requirement of content management has exceeded traditional concept of data management. How to manage these unstructured data has been a big problem in traditional structural data management. However, in today' s various content management systems, there' s still no such a perfect content publishing system, mainly because there isn' t a complete data format transforming module. The research topic of this article is based on the above background.Campus Track and Field Sports Meeting is an annual sports pageant. It can promote the friendship for each academies and departments in the university by competing as well as enhance the athletics level of campus sports. It is necessary to design a system in perfect function and multi-analysis information issuance system which can be operated easily and quickly, in order to meet the demands that the campus track meet dealing with information conveniently, quickly and efficiently, and satisfy the requirement for comprehensive information system in the competing locale. Simultaneity, it is necessary to implement switching and saving files for multi-format being the request of saving files for sports department of the campus.The concept, function, and developing status of Content Management System are introduced briefly in this article.
