Track management is a key issue in the field of target tracking.Increasing target maneuverability,increasing stealth performance,and the application of various types of electromagnetic interference technology have caused significant changes in the battlefield environment.Traditional track management algorithms cannot effectively handle these situations.Based on the above problems,this paper studies the track management algorithm for target missing detection and loss.How to solve the problems of target maneuver,measurement loss,track interruption and time-varying number multi-target tracking are the key points of this paper.Detailed research work are as follows.(1)Aiming at the problem of target missed detection,the JPDA algorithm based on interactive multi-model and prediction model are combined to propose a track maintenance algorithm based on combined prediction.The target state of the missed detection time is predicted by the filtering result of the previous time,and the track maintenance under the target missed detection scene is realized.(2)For the target loss problem,the long-term and short-term memory network(LSTM)is used to predict the accurate long-term target track.Then,a fuzzy clustering algorithm based on transitive closure is studied to correlate the predicted track with the new track.Solved the problem of target loss.(3)Aiming at the starting problem of track,a fast track initiation algorithm based on parallel Hough transform is proposed.Hough transform is performed simultaneously on the measurement of time dimension,which improves the real-time performance of the algorithm and suppresses the false start in the same frame measurement.,effectively improve the initial effect.(4)A multi-target tracking framework based on track management is proposed.The concept of track quality is introduced,and the process of starting,maintaining,terminating and associating the track in the tracking process is placed in the same framework to form a complete multi-target tracking system,which realizes the accurate judgment of addition,reentry,inspection,disappearance and leakage of the target.
