CCTV Fengyun Communication Company(referred to as CCTV Fengyun),was established in May 2004 and is invested by CCTV and China International Television Corporation.It is the largest program producer of digital pay channels in China.CCTV Fengyun has good content resources and partners.However,the traditional business operation model is hard to satisfy the demands from new business such as the large-volume,the large-volume content,the closer to users,the personalized,and the customized.According to the needs of the development of CCTV's Fengyun business,a content-based distribution platform will be built,which will provide new TV services based on personalized product business forms for users across the country.To this end,the construction and research of VOD(Video on Demand)content management system is proposed.This paper adopts the object-oriented analysis and design method and adopts UML unified modeling language to analyze the system requirements,system design,and detailed design.It adopts java development language and SSH architecture to realize the system.Technically,it loosely couples the functions of the system together,makes the layering of the system clear,enhances the reusability and maintainability of the system,meets the requirements of CCTV business development,and provides the basis and guarantee for subsequent expansion and upgrade.From the perspective of business development,the system satisfies the business operation requirements under the central-local two-level platform architecture.It implements the functional requirements of storage management,CP establishment and domain establishment,content management,system management,and basic data management from the functional level.Among them,storage management implements specific implementations for storage device management,exchange area storage monitoring,storage area management,warehouse area storage monitoring,storage space management,etc.CP establishment and domain establishment are implemented specifically for CP and scope management.Content management implements content auditing,content entry,content processing,task query,content publishing,content retrieval,time-shifting business process,node automatic process,content offline,etc.Basic data management implements tag management,coding parameters,technical inspection warning information management,set-top box management,target system management,copyright management,business type management,geographic management,docking system management,enumeration management,and policy management.After the system is built,the platform functions will be unified and integrated for various business calls and content distribution to achieve agile deployment of services.It will transform the repeated construction investment of operators on various systems into reusable value investment and will fully exploit the existing system value of operators.And it will form a platform-level application on the basis of effective integration to reduce the total cost of ownership of the system.
