With the rapid development of the Internet and information technology,more and more enterprises use related technologies for daily management and operation.The continuous expansion of PingAn bank in recent years has caused considerable pressure and challenges to its daily management.In order to effectively cope with this change,PingAn bank carries out intelligent transformation and builds a bank's intelligent business system platform,aiming to seize a new round of customer flow and realize business transformation in the Internet environment.However,in the actual development process of the business system,some factors often lead to the delay of the project,which means that scientific project schedule management method should be adopted to constrain it,which is also one of the important problems to be solved urgently by PingAn bank.This paper takes the intelligent business system of PingAn bank as an example to study the project progress management in the process of its implementation.Through a more scientific and controllable project progress management method,the project can be completed on time at each stage without big deviation,which is of great significance for such projects.This paper first introduces the research background and significance.Secondly,the theoretical basis and current research status of project management and project schedule management are sorted out,and the methods related to project schedule such as time limit estimation method and critical path method are introduced.Thirdly,the paper analyzes the status quo of the progress management of the development project of the intelligent business system of PingAn bank,and finds the problems such as the delay of the project duration,the unclear definition of the development project activities,and the disordered ordering of the project activities,and further discusses the various needs of the development project of the intelligent business system.Furthermore,this paper proposes the design and implementation of the optimization management strategy,including the optimization of project activity definition,the optimization of project schedule compilation,and the optimization of project schedule control.Finally,the relevant progress management is strengthened through safeguard measures,including strengthening team management,strengthening project progress monitoring,adopting advanced management methods and strengthening performance system management.The research in this paper not only standardizes the progress management level of PingAn bank's development projects,but also improves the customer experience and reshapes the model of comprehensive service.On the basis of ensuring the successful completion of the development project of PingAn bank's intelligent business system,it has certain reference significance for other commercial Banks.
