Analysis Of Product Data Management, Product Structure Management, Design And Implementation

Product structure management is one of the important function modules of PDM, is also a main way to organize and manage product data.Based on the thought that product structure support rapid product design, this paper has a thorough analysis on product structure management and its related modules.After discussing PDM and its related computer technology, the paper has a systematic analysis on product structure and related functions. To be more specifically, this paper has a detailed analysis on product structure, property, classification and integration modules, and builds framework of each module that based on the analysis, to explain clearly on every class and the relations among classes in the framework. .What is more, most functions have been realized by using the .NET technology rested on the design, and many user interfaces with belief introduction have been presented. The result of the analysis and design to modules such as property, classification and integration, is not only used by product structure, but also other modules like drawing and document management. Besides analysis, design and implementation of related system which the paper described, it also dissertates the content of successful solutions and standards in PDM area., which spark a direction of development in this software system.
