Research Of Product Structure Data Management Based On AutoCAD

In the process of ERP implementation, the collection of the Bill of Material (BOM) and import were conducted by hand. It took a lot of time but had less efficiency. So, this article is written to solve these problems. It needed to extract available data of product structure from drawings which are the source of the BOM to create BOM automatically.Firstly, the article studied the object structure of AutoCAD by ActiveX and found the position of item block is relatively fixed and the head of it is basically same, so it put forward the method of fixing on the location of the item block based on the head of the table. And then the method of automatically picking-up item block was proposed based on the character of item block to make information in item block written into database come true.Secondly, this article analyzed the information picked up , studied their inner connection and proposed a method of building tree in data window based on the Adjacency List Model. A treelike data window was designed by a principle of indent structure and expressed product data structure by Depth-First Ergodicity. It was very convenient that the modification of the product tree was operated by the source of the treelike data window .this article also provided a external interface with Excel which could export and import files with Excel format.Thirdly, it decomposed the product structure tree by recursion arithmetic and stored the data into data window. this article studied the different names between design material and standard material and introduced composite method which contains programmer and medi-group. Then, the design material got the code and was saved into the table of BOM. Finally, the system was integrated with ERP. Fourthly, this article introduced the methods to deal with some other difficult problems. It reached the goal of managing user authority by controlling the option of the node in menu tree. It also realized the preview of drawing by using control of dwgthumnail.At last, the summery was made and the development direction was presented.
