With rapid development of phased array Radar technology. The active phased array Radar has been applied in many military fields. Airborne active phased array antennas operating in L-Band consists of thousands of TR Modules. Low-noise amplifiers(LNAs) are one of the key elements in the TR Module. Then it set high demands on LNA such as performance ,size, weight, reliability and soon.In this paper, a L-Band balanced LNA realized in hybrid integrated circuits technology is discussed. a high power and low loss limiter is integrated in LNA. The major element such as capacitance, inductance, Lange couple , PIN diode and so on in the LNA circuits are introduced and analyzed in detail. In the end , the LNA's electrical performance measured and simulated is shown. |
