L-band Low Noise Amplifier With Limiter Function Development,

With rapid development of phased array Radar technology. The active phased array Radar has been applied in many military fields. Airborne active phased array antennas operating in L-Band consists of thousands of TR Modules. Low-noise amplifiers(LNAs) are one of the key elements in the TR Module. Then it set high demands on LNA such as performance ,size, weight, reliability and soon.In this paper, a L-Band balanced LNA realized in hybrid integrated circuits technology is discussed. a high power and low loss limiter is integrated in LNA. The major element such as capacitance, inductance, Lange couple , PIN diode and so on in the LNA circuits are introduced and analyzed in detail. In the end , the LNA's electrical performance measured and simulated is shown.
