Millimeter wave active phased array radar is playing an increasingly important role in the field of civil aviation and military detection.The T/R transceiver module as one of the most important core part,plays an important role in a variety of functions and the realization of the phased array weights in.So the research on the key technology of T/R transceiver module is very important,and it is closely related to the performance of millimeter wave phased array radar.This paper starts from the key technology of T/R transceiver module.A research on several key elements of T/R transceiver module.For example:splitters feed technology, waveguide transition micro-strip technology and LTCC(low temperature co-fired ceramic) multilayer microwave board process integration technology. The actual engineering application in the specific indicators of decomposition, transfer to each of the elements,after the analysis of its design,the final process of the sample and do a summary of the verification test.The first chapter is the introduction part of the paper, mainly introduces the application background and research significance of the millimeter wave phased array radar,and the key technology of the T/R transceiver component technology is described in this paper.The second chapter mainly introduces the principle of the power divider,and design a Ka band of four equal power divider,soft substrate technology is adopted,and sample processing test.In the third chapter,the transition of different transmission lines is studied,and the transition of a waveguide micro-strip structure is designed.After repeated simulation and analysis, the test pieces are processed,and finally the test results are analyzed.The fourth chapter mainly use LTCC technology,simulation and design of a microwave multilayer board. From the ve rtical interconnect technology,the multilayer small size integrated RF feed network,logic control network and low frequency power supply network.After the completion of the design of product processing,and verification of the parts for the test.The fifth chapter is a summary of the paper, the test results of the main content of this research and material processing are analyzed,and the deficiencies of the understanding of learning. And plan the follow- up work of the specific arrangements.
