Metric radar is the hot spot which attracted much attention inside or oversea. Active phased array radar was the future protagonist of modern radar. With the development of digital technology, many function used to be accomplished by analog circuits can be achieved better by digital circuits or finished by DSP; The phase control of array antenna can also be fulfilled in a digitized process; Soft radio has came to be mature technology; The transmitted wave of radar and the phase shift can both be completed by DDS, which has the advantage of freewheeling and precision, that is far beyond traditional phase shifter of analog or digital switch controlling.Based on the research around the world ,This dissertation discussed the technology of digitized T/R module, including: digital phase shift of T/R channel; high speed precise digital receiver; high power solid state AMP; LVDS/fiber optical data transmission.This dissertation designed a complete scheme of digitized T/R module. And do some verify experiment on high power AMP and digital receiver.To answer the question on application of digitized T/R module to radar, this dissertation discussed several issue, including: the inspection and calibration of multi channel, equivalent calculation of noise figure, high speed serial transmission technology and the effect of distributed frequency synthesizer on system.Chapter 1 briefed the background and significance of this T/R module. And introduced the situation both here and abroad.Chapter 2 list the parameter target of digitized T/R module.Chapter 3 introduced the process of system design, and described the working mechanism of inside units.Chapter 4 presented the development and experiment of hardware, including: high power solid state amplifier and high speed digital receiver.Chapter 5 analyzed several application problems which may be encounterd in radar system.This main work of this dissertation was concluded as follow: 1. Has presented a system design of metric active phased array digitized T/R module.2. Has finished the design and experiment of high power solid state amplifier and digital receiver.3. Has analyzed several application problems of T/R module.
