In the dissertation, on the base of the analysis on the imaging characteristics of the low-level light TV image, a technique of double channel's low-level light and ultraviolet dual-band fusion color night vision method research is investigated.This article on the integrated consideration of image processing effect and be apt to hardware implement, application of many fusion algorithms in dual-spectrum low-level light images are systematically discussed and compared. And based on the DSP hardware platform, the software programs are designed and the real-time processing of the algorithms is realized.According to the analysis on the characteristics of low-level light and UV image, and research on the key technologies in color night-vision imaging processing, we put forward a technique of real-time numeral to shift in double channel's non-loss image matching, besides, implemented in hardware, and a appraisal technology of the fusion image's quality level, with using the statistics index of the gradation paragenesis matrix's two-dimensional histogram.Build the experiment and estimate system of the low-level light and UV image fusion color night vision, in the way of "two geneneration of low-level light image intensifiers +ultraviolet image intensifiers which is equipped the ultraviolet lens", and then, many field experiments are carried out to verify the algorithms and some good experimental results are achieved.
