Oriented Research And Design Of The Inventory Control System Of The Tobacco Industry, Commercial Enterprises

Under the background of reforming that "Supplied by Order" in the tobacco industry, the commercial enterprise ( tobacco company ) such as the circulation type enterprises of other industries in the market economy environment, needs to control the inventory in the rational level, in order to find the best balance point between the Customer Satisfaction and Inventory Efficiency. In order to achieve such a purpose, utilizing the theory of Supply Chain Management, requirement forecasting technology, inventory control technology and information technology, the inventory control system facing commercial enterprise of tobacco industry has been studied and designed in this dissertation.In this dissertation, by analyzing the characteristic of the Chinese tobacco industry and using the latest research results, the inventory control technology is applied to the city level commercial enterprise of the tobacco industry. And on the basis of traditional inventory control model, considering the reality of continuous improving and joint ordering, the limited volume of inventory and the economic batch accepted by the industrial enterprise ( cigarette factory ) are introduced, and the improvement of the inventory control model has been carried on in order to help the commercial enterprise to reduce the inventory level constantly in the rational range. As for, cigarette requirement forecasting, it is regarded as the foundation and key of the inventory control. In this dissertation, on the basis of analyzing the characteristic of cigarettes sales volume in depth, the prediction procedure that meets the request of the tobacco industry reforms has been designed, and the prediction method that combines together the qualitative method and the quantitative method has been put forward. Especially, the new requirement forecasting technology "on the basis of the lunar calendar", which not only has improved the accuracy rate of the requirement forecasting but also has enriched the applied skill of the prediction method to a certain extent, has been put forward.In this dissertation, the software of the inventory control system has been designed and developed with B/S mode.
