Vogue periodical are those kind of periodical with elegant printings and higher price, the contents are laid particular emphasis on clothing, hairdressing, city life...etc. They are mainly aimed at stratum to have a certain education and economy level .The 90's in last century, along with the emergence of a series of new magazines, the Chinese vogue periodical field got into the period of fast development. The vogue periodical becomes one of the quickest developing magazine categories in the last few years. The market space of the vogue periodical is thought to be good, causing various capitals get into it, result in an unfair competition.21 centuries, the world gets into attention economic ages. The vogue periodical wants to outshine others in the market competition have to establish an own brand. The management of the brand demands maintenance system of the position fixing, plan, and innovation. The brand with a series of marketing strategy, public relations mode, and advertisement operation lay solid foundation for vogue periodical. In the meantime, we need to carry on brand extension, expand the width of brand, strengthen the real strengths of brand, and fight for the double harvest which acquires economic performance and social performance. The vogue periodical should attain a cultivation of both the inner and the outer, promise the quality of contents, and notice the advertisement marketing strategy. Only in this way, Vogue periodical that is ushered in from the abroad can become the cultural product that east west combines, and then they can become brand periodical.
