To the situation and actual need, the solution, which is multiple functionals by self-made, is advanced.The DSP is used of the processor,and the logic control is taken change of the CPLD, and the location machines communicate with the monition system via the USB interface. The solution can realize monitoring and controlling about the practical construction project parameters in real time.The paper has designed the hardware circuit part of the real-time monitoring system in detail. There have drawn the principle picture of the circuit and have made the PCB plate. There have made the essential explanation to the questions which need be paid attention to in this course. Secondly the jenior machine software introductions mainly to being realized the divided modules of DSP procedures and the counters and the outside address deciphers using CPLD . The FIR low wave filter is designed and accomplished the relevant algorithms finally.
