This thesis is supported by the Innovation Foundation of Excellent Intellectual in Henan Province.During the large-scaled application of Electronic Toll Collection(ETC) in our speedway,different equipments basing on different DSRC protocals whitch make the compatible of different systems difficulty are not making for the development of Interconnected Electronic Toll Collection(IETC).So we need to shape a uniform national standard of DSRC.The information security whitch based on the security of Integrate Circuit(IC) card and Dedicated Short Range Communication(DSRC) protocal ensured the prevalence of ETC products.In this item's research,we found when the car passed in upper speed,Electronic masks sometimes couldn't be read or was mistaken.This phenomena was caused by the slower speed or having disturber in anthentication process.In the thesis,I discussed the security of DSRC protocal,analyzed the need of enhancing protocal secuirity,then introduced work process and encryption arithmetric using in this way of security—a two way authentication process.In order to better the system's security,real time and anti-jamming,I introduced a new encryption way —combining IDEA encryption arithmetric and Logsitic map instead of the primary way of combining DES encryption arithmetric and TDES encryption arithmetric,then programmed the two ways by C language,analyzed and compared the characters of the two ways using emluator.
