Nowadays, the network has running through all aspects of daily life. Form the beginning to communicate only though words, through the development of a more intuitive video content to express our thoughts. In daily lives, network is being used everywhere. We can not only have a communication with our relatives across the city or even across the country, but also hold video conferences whenever and wherever. Our lives is being changed which having become more wonderful and convenient. While, the security problems comes with at the same time. Now we have a lot of information security problems, such as disclosure of personal information, the security of personal property, corporate secrets leaked, video information has been stolen with illegal lever, etc. It is mainly discussed that the security issue related to multimedia video network transmission process.The range of multimedia video applications with the rapid development of network technology becomes more extensive, and the amount of information it contains is also growing. Now, multimedia technology has been full filled in the various fields of education, economic, military, political, etc. Therefore, as a means of protecting multimedia, the video encryption technology has been more concerned.In reality, the traditional encryption do not been used, although the traditional encryption algorithm can achieve good results, the price is too high. DES and AES are all belongs to traditional encryption algorithms.Video encryption algorithm research focus on chaotic technology with good randomness of chaotic systems, the initial value sensitivity and other characteristics, and in accordance with the two basic principles of cryptography:Chaos and diffusion. In selecting a video encryption algorithm, in conjunction with a large amount of video data, the special structure, a strong correlation between the pixel and the real-time requirements and high. It is necessary to ensure a good encryption effect, but also to meet the real-time video format unchanged constant compression ratio requirements. Based on the above requirements, there uses two calculation methods.The first algorithm combined with coding standard h.264, classifying the video data to be processed and analyzed, finally choose the FLC within the frame of IPM, COF and MVD as an encrypted data, which makes the computation complexity is decreased largely. Using the generated random sequence improved as the encryption key encrypt IPM, COF and MVD together to get the final encryption result.The second algorithm is based on the chaotic system. In the algorithm adding a secondary key, which is a sequence comes from chaotic system. Using it, we can not only get a good encryption effect, but also improve the safety performance of the system. Through analysis the various indicators, show that after using this algorithm, values and location of video information have been fully changed. Histograms show big difference between the data before encrypt and encrypted data, explains that algorithm has good security and anti-attack capability.The algorithm has good security and low computational complexity through making simulation and performance analysising of algorithms.
