The system resource in grid computing have the characteristics of dynamics, heterogeneity, and indeterminacy of communication delay, hence, how to manage these resources efficiently become one of the most essential factors affecting the eventual success of grid computing. In my paper, the virtues of other different resource management models of current grid systems and throwing off their limitations, the resource management model I put forward is a distributed, dynamic multi-layer structure. It not only respects the local strategy of the resource owners, but also can distribute the resources optimal and in whole, so it manages all the resources more efficiently. In this article, I make researches on the technique of how to describe and found resources, which is the key to a resource management model. In resources management of grid, rational resources describe the prerequisite that is resource management. In order to describe resource , my thesis use exchange languages. Using type natural language method, Offtering the structure of a grammar offrame. This can make up complicated resources to describe. Aiming at the particularity of the grid computing environment, A decentralized grid resource discovery scheme based on resource classification is studied in this paper, in which information nodes with the same type of registered resources are organized into communities. We demand that a simple, scalable and reasonable mechanism with which resources are organized. We designed a mechanism similar to technology of search engine with witch we may registry, discovery, locate resources in Grid. Giving the definition of resource discovery in grid and proposing a five-axis solution space, which includes membership protocol, overlay construction, resource information...
