Grid is a kind of new information technology and was developed in the world in recent years, it was a new generation infrastructure established on the internet. Its core idea is various resources sharing in the environment of isomerous and distributing system. The first chapter and the second chapter of this thesis state the background of grid's emergence, the basic concept of grid, the services of grid and the basic knowledge's of systematical structure of the grid.The resources in the grid environment have the dynamic and isomerous characteristics. The Management of resources is the key point and difficult point. The third chapter discusses the technology of resources describing on the base of stating the characteristic of grid resources. The fourth chapter proposes a resource management data model having combined the web computing technology. In this base, a grid resource management system was given. Dynamic resource deployment and dynamic resource discovery were explained and proposing a pseudocode arithmetic of dynamic resource discovery. Dynamic resource deployment model employs the XML-based data model to describe resource properties; dynamic resource discovery algorithm matches requirements for both resource providers and consumers via Xquery, which is highly flexible and extensible.Globus Tookit has been gained application in many large-scale projects as a software library based on open structure and open source code, which supporting grid technology and grid application. In he fifth chapter, a platform of grid resource management system is built. For implementing the algorithm of dynamic resource deployment and discovery in last chapter, a grid service instance of Tubor C language compile system in the grid environment is written.Lastly, through summarizing the whole work, analyzed the deficiency and point out the parts to improving.
