Developing and using mis is one of the important means and ways that small and medium-sized enterprise can use and improve the competitiveness.Based on the actual demand of information of the JVTC mechanical & electrical equipment factory ,the theory and technology of mis' developing, this text has accomplished the mission of the system planning, determined information demand of the factory established the mis' functional structure and overall arrangement, designed the mis' physical structure ,Data Flow Diagram and data-base, and finally realized the mis.. This text has also studied two major key technologys that are needed to realize the mis. One key technology study part is on stock control, including researching stock management theory and basic model, basic stock supply tactics; the other one belonging to three main kinds of important methods and models of sales forecast involving grey theory, three levelly and smooth index and linear- regression.
