Therefore data mining technology is on the resulting.Data Mining Cluster Analysis is an important technology,clustering is similar to those from the data sets to identify the different components of the data and the cluster. Adoption of clustering,it is able to obtain data on distribution of observed characteristics of each cluster,a particular focus on cluster to do some further analysis.Small and medium-sized enterprises,science and technology enterprises are the small and medium enterprises in the elite group is a combination of technology and the production of a product is the theme of science and technology innovation. It relies on independent innovation of its own advantages to develop high-tech products,strong market competitiveness and at the same time also has its own vitality. But because business model of such a large development is unbalanced,out of high rate of vulnerability to the impact of the external operating environment,it is difficult to analyze the laws of their development.Small and medium-sized technology enterprises included a large number of complex, discrete data,data from these found valuable information or knowledge to achieve the purpose for decision-making has become a very arduous task. This paper will be adopted in data mining the area of one of the most common method of cluster analysis of Anhui Province in 2007 the development of small and medium-sized technology enterprises in the survey data for analysis. The purpose of the study is to identify the model of these enterprises and their business success secrets,which by their common mode of development,to further science and technology related to small and medium-sized enterprises are given a policy and development proposals.
