| Data acquisition is the essential method to acquire the real-time information on scientific research. So the R&D staffs of the data acquisition system are heavily focus on this technic. As one aspect of the acquisition system with multi-channels and high speed, the millimeter wave missile-borne recorder is used to record, playback and post-analyze the multi-parameter information of the millimeter wave acquisition system.This paper realizes the multi-channels acquisition, data record, serial communication between the millimeter wave missile-borne recorder and computer, and retention, playback, and analyse of data. This paper also studies the realization of data compression in embedded system.(1) AVR high speed singlechip is the CPU of this system. The chip of 7824 is used to realize A/D conversion. And the chip of 0832 is used to be D/A convertor. The flash AM29F016D is used to record the acquisition data.(2) To realize the communication between the missile-borne recorder and computer, the chip of MAX232 which is produced by MAXIM is been used to realize the RS-232 serial communication circuit. And the conversion between RS-232 and RS-485 can been realized easily.(3) On the side of the design of PC software, the windows communication control is been used to realize getting the data from millimeter wave missile-borne recorder. The software contains serial communication, drawing curve, data-base recording, and GUI, using C++.After accomplishing the requirement of hardware and software design, the system can realize the data acquisition, retention of the data, data backplay. The system can also use serial communication to read the data to computer and record the data to files and data-base. It can draw curve (Using VC++. net). All the above have very important worth in engineering.The millimeter wave missile-borne recorder has been experimented outdoors, and the repellence of this system is very well. This system can playback the real-time data accurately. |
