In practical project of Radar system, we usually need acquire Radar data first and then do the data-processing because of the functional complexity, so we must have a data-acquistion system. The traditional data-acquisition system which based on the computer's universal bus such as PCI bus can not satisfy the growing speed of data-acquisition because of the limit of the bus's bandwidth. Along with the developing of the semiconductor industry, Flash as a kind of non-volatile access memory becomes a preferable device of the data-acquisition system. This dissertation discusses the design and implementation of data-acquisition system based on Flash memory array.The data-acquisition system uses Flash array parallel working to obtain a higher acquisition speed and a larger storage capacity. First, some kinds of non-volatile memory and USB(Universal Serial Bus) are introduced in the dissertation. Then the system design scheme, work mode and the modules of the data-acquisition system such as Flash read/program operation module, valid block table seting up and using module, USB controller module and so on are discussed in details. The firmware and application of this system are also dissertated in this paper. Finally, the debug strategies of the modules in this data-acquisition system and the analysis of the fastest program speed of the system are given, and the feasibility of this system is also proved by quantitative analysis. In summary, the data-acquisition system is able to meet the high-speed data-acquisition and large-capacity storage requirements.
