Marine monitoring technique holds an important position in Marine Science domain.It has vital signifance in marine enviroment protecting, marine resource exploration and marine disaster forecast. Refering to the newest marine monitoring technique in the world, this thesis designed and implemented a high automatic marine environment online monitoring system based on the technique of computer monitoring,network communication and embedded system.This thesis first gave the description of the whole architecture of marine environment online monitoring and marine disaster intelligent forecasting system and the function of its subsystem.The following chapters introduced how to design and implement data monitoring subsystem. In order to improve the low automatic and low efficient marine monitoring system of our country,this thesis introduced computer monitoring technique into marine monitoring field and used advanced embedded computers as monitoring devices constructing a distributed network to monitor marine environment.That greatly improved automation level and realtime performance of monitoring data. The monitoring network consisted of sensor,buoy,station three kind of different monitoring devices constructing three level network architecture and it had good expansibility. Sensor and buoy were connected by wired way composing data acquisition module. Station was the top level device of monitoring network and it composed data integration module by itself. Station could manage the lower level devices and monitoring data. Considering the different location of monitoring devices and the speciality of marine environment, GSM/GPRS wireless communication was adopted between buoy and station.The software application running in monitoring devices was developed by the QT/Embedded library. According to the requirement of monitoring system,monitoring software was divided into several funcion modules to implement, such as device management module,communication management module,timer management module and data management module etc. For the convenience of outer applications accessing the internal monitoring data, a standard...
