China is a developing country and it has a large area of ocean. So marine environment is very important for the development of society and economy, especially it has far-reaching meaning to develop marine monitoring technique. Refering to the newest marine monitoring techniques in the world and based on the disadvantages of our country's marine monitoring field, this thesis designs and implements a marine monitoring and real-time information distributed system with high performances of network, intelligence and modularization.According to the requirements of predicting marine calamity and real-timely monitoring marine environmental parameters, the marine monitoring system this thesis designs combines the advanced technologies and the modern theories and successfully establishes a high-precise and intelligent marine monitoring information system with related functions of automatically, continuously and real-timely monitoring marine environmental parameters, automatically transmitting, storying, analyzing and dealing with data, automatically releasing and sharing data products, dynamically monitoring long-distant system. This thesis first analyses all structural and key problems which exist in marine monitoring fields, and then gives the descriptions of functional requirements. Based on above analysis, it further gives the designable objective and the whole architecture of marine environmental monitoring system and the functions of all subsystems. And then this following chapters focus on introducing how to design and implement data monitoring subsystem and embedded web server. In order to improve the automatic degree and the real-time performance of transmitting data, monitoring system is composed of three level network architectures. Senor and buoy are connected by wired way composing data acquisition subsystem, and buoy and station are connected by wireless way composing data monitoring subsystem. For the data transmitting method the monitoring system uses GSM/GPRS wireless communication method, and carries out the dynamically long-distant control by SMS. For the data transmitting format it makes use of XML data storage technology with the characteristics of crossed-platform and common carrier, and the usage of XML technology retains the precise data definitions of marine monitoring parameters. Meanwhile, considering the location of lower monitoring devices and the particularity of marine geographical environment, it further implements GPS and embedded web server functions. Well modularized structure makes monitoring system more exoteric, expansible and flexible, therefore improves the automatic degree of the whole system. Comparing with the traditional, manual and self-automatic monitoring systems, the marine monitoring system this thesis designs and implements has more greater improvements no matter what the precision of data gathering or the reliability of data transmitting. In order to optimize the performances of monitoring system, this thesis does some researches on the application of MDRTDB technology in marine monitoring fields. Aiming to the mobility of monitoring subsystem and the fallibility, inscrutability and frequent disconnection of wirelss network, dynamcal priority and mixed lock mechanism are added to MDRTDB technology, and this method further improves the successful ratio of data storage in mobile environment. Finally, the application of data mining technique in marine monitoring field is discussed in this thesis. After a thorough research of fuzzy theory and clustering methods, a new fuzzy clustering algorithm IDFCM is proposed based on fuzzy clustering algorithm-FCM algorithm and is applied to the anaylse of red tide monitoring data. Experimental result shows that the improvement is very effective.
