Marine diesel power is an important component of ships,whose maintenance of good technological conditions is a key task of ship. The monitoring technology of lubricant is one of the current international trends in the engine power monitoring,failure diagnosis,invalidation analysis,and prevention maintenance focusing on security. It is paramount to study and develop a new long-distance oil monitoring expert system of marine diesel power,assimilating international advanced technology,to supply the internal gap. This is the focus of this thesis. The author has collected abundant feature data in this field,applied routine analysis monitoring -based,spectrometric analysis -centered and Ferro graphic analysis and Particulate counting-validated oil monitoring technology,extracted images and numeric feature information produced by all components as friction ones in marine diesel power equipment. And under the theory guidance of fuzzy and neural network,synthesized the feature data and other interrelated qualitative and/or quantitative feature information of lubricant in diesel engine power equipment from the perspective of lubricant's routine analysis spectrometric analysis,Ferro graphic analysis,particulate counting technology and so on.,to establish an original regulating mathematic model capable of power equipment's conditions,diagnosing its failure,maintaining and supervising. With the help of dynamic qualitative information of working marine diesel power equipment in this field and expertise,a new long-distance oil monitoring expert system of marine diesel power equipment has been proposed and developed with the characteristic of expounding the dynamic features of marine diesel power equipment from the perspective of chaos knowledge,possessing intellectualized auxiliary decision-making mechanism based on fuzzy reasoning and neural network reasoning,utilizing mathematic analysis model established by means of track facility states of chaos vector and capable of evaluating the analysis results of oil monitoring facility's development of engine power and its working conditions accurately.
